Michelle started her accounting career Fall of 2018 at a midsized firm in Calgary. She joined the WBM Partners LLP assurance team February 2021, specializing in accounting, assurance and taxation services for private with a focus on review engagements. She works closely with clients from various industries such as manufacturing, property management, hotels, vehicle dealerships, and energy.

Michelle graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2015 before completing the CPA preparatory program to bridge over to accounting. Prior to joining WBM Partners LLP, Michelle also prepared and supervised review and audit engagements for public services, non-profit, and private clients in construction, land development, real estate, and technology. She is familiar with ASPE, PSAS and ASNPO. Aside from her assurance experience, Michelle is well versed in preparing personal and corporate tax returns.

Outside of work, Michelle is an avid hiker and camper, often combining the two. She also greatly enjoys baking and cooking as a way to express her creativity.
